This Shipping Policy explains lnrdht order processing times, transit estimates, shipping charges, tracking, and delivery procedures.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is successfully completed and the order is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our business operates in Central Time (CT), America/Chicago. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is the time required to prepare an order before the shipping carrier receives it.

Transit Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time for standard shipping within the United States is 6 to 9 business days.

Transit time begins when the carrier receives the package and ends when the package is delivered to the shipping address.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7 to 12 business days

The total estimate begins after an order is successfully placed and confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations are displayed during checkout. If international shipping is offered to a destination, the available method, charge, and estimated delivery information will be shown before payment is completed.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Charges may vary by destination, order value, product type, package size, and available shipping method.

If an order qualifies for free shipping, that offer will be displayed on the applicable page or during checkout. Customers will not be charged undisclosed shipping fees after completing checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, we send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or link after the order is dispatched. Carrier tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Review the address before submitting the order. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@lnrdht.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to update an address before shipment, but an address cannot always be changed after an order enters processing or ships.

Delivery Delays

If an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact us with your order number. We will review the available tracking and shipment information.

Lost Packages

Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged, contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the product and packaging where applicable.

International Orders

International shipping availability, if offered, is displayed during checkout. International customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other government charges unless checkout states otherwise.
